DESCRIPTION:Wednesday evenings 6.30-8.30pm September 14th +28th\, October 12th+26th\, November 9th + 23rd. \nThis is an opportunity for us\, as women\, to come together and share our memories and\nexperiences as we have moved\, and continue to move\, through the different stages of our lives. We will explore the nature of our relationships (with ourselves and others) and consider how our cultural script has impacted us. \nWith respect and compassion\, we will affirm our own and each other’s uniqueness and\, at the same time\, recognise our profound interpersonal connectedness. We will do this within the context of relational group process. \nAdena Franses\, is a Certified Transactional Analysis psychotherapist\, a clinical supervisor\, and trainer\, and a qualified mental health nurse with over 28 years\, of clinical experience in private practice\, within the public health sector (NHS)\, and primary care service. She has specialised in working with women with issues of self-harm and the effects of childhood sexual abuse. In 2001\, she moved from the UK to Granada Spain\, where she has a psychotherapy and supervision practice working with individuals\, couples\, and groups in person and online. \n  \nThis group is open to all qualifications and fields\, spaces are limited to 12 and participants need to attend and pay for all 6 sessions. \nIARTA members £90 – non-members – £180.

DESCRIPTION:Based on the model of Bernd Schmid – Three-Worlds-Model\, we look at the different role worlds or role areas. How they are described? What is the difference
between the three worlds? What are the impacts of
these differences to the relations and responsibilities
in the professional context? \nWith questions related to the different roles\, we will discuss various situations and how the knowledge of the role model helps to manage the relations and responsibilities in professional roles. \n Maya Bentele\, Psychologist\, TSTA (O/C)\, lives and works in Switzerland as a coach\, trainer\, and supervisor for/in organizations\, manages the development processes of organizations and their members. She has her own TA- Institute for managers\, coaches\, and trainers in Switzerland.  \nThis workshop is open to all qualifications and fields.  \nIARTA members £15 – Non-members £30.00.  \n
